The Safety Regulation and Licensing Group (SRLG) is responsible for the integrity of ATC services within the company and is acknowledged as being comparable with major government and private sector providers such as the UK CAA, the American FAA and NAV Canada. The substantive and proven framework of SRLG is available to assist a customer in developing air traffic services to meet the challenges of the 21st century.
Serco provides for ATC services and the training of customer's staff to certified ATC standards as well as an auditable framework for the maintenance of those standards and disciplines. We employ transparent and auditable investigation and analysis of aircraft occurrences and regular comprehensive and detailed ATC audits to ensure compliance with international standards and best practice. Our training and development initiatives on behalf of the customer also address operational training requirements.
