Keeping track of applications can be difficult but the Facility module enables recording from the very earliest stages.   Prospectus requests can be recorded then any subsequent actions linked to the original contact.

Visits to the school, references, entrance examinations results and any other relevant information can be added as an application progresses so that a complete picture of the pupil has been collected by the time of admission. From there it is a simple matter to transfer data to school records on the child’s arrival removing the necessity to enter data more than once.

Recording applications from the first stages allows subsequent analysis of any trends within the data such as responses to marketing campaigns or repeated requests for information without positive outcomes.
