Facility Document Storage is a far-reaching tool that allows a multitude of different kinds of information to be connected to a learner’s record, thus creating a more comprehensive picture of any individual’s history. Centrally stored information can be available, through ePortal and the Web, to any authorised viewer without the need for duplication. Information in any form - written document, statistical file, video clip, image or even URL - can be linked to a student record. When reports are produced about the learner any relevant document can then be attached with a double click. Duplication is eliminated. It is easy to attach a single file to an individual or link a single document to multiple students. By selecting a class or any other user-defined group any relevant document can be connected to each member with one operation.
