Since 2003 we have celebrated this through the Chairman's Recognition Awards which have become a highly sought after prize.

However, to really elevate their significance to everyone associated with Serco, they needed to be more closely linked to our Governing Principles which are at the heart of everything we do.

The Pulse Awards have been designed to celebrate the vibrant heart of Serco. They identify and recognise the very best examples of how our people, our customers and our partners maintain that momentum, that pulse that drives us forward everyday. We should be proud and passionate about all that we have achieved together and importantly we must take the time to celebrate.
