Chris Hyman, Chief Executive: Last year I was delighted to launch our new global awards which celebrate the achievements of people who have excelled in living our values, our Governing Principles. Our values are the heart of Serco and through these awards we celebrate the very best in Serco that keeps that heart pulsing and alive. For this reason we have named them the 'Pulse Awards' and describe them as celebrating the vibrant heart of Serco
