Step 1
If possible you need to use an electronic nomination form (this should be a link to a downloadable pdf) or in the Pulse Awards section of Our World intranet. Alternatively you may submit a hard copy form by liaising with your line manager or divisional awards co-ordinator. A list of divisional awards co-ordinators is available at the Pulse Awards section of the Our World intranet.
Step 2
All nominations must be sent to your divisional chief Executive by 18th January 2010. Your line manager or divisional awards co-ordinator will provide full contact details.
Step 3
You will receive a letter of acknowledgement from your Chief Executive
Step 4
The divisional judging panel, chaired by your Chief Executive, will review all nominations by 1st February 2010.
Step 5
All successful nominations will receive a Divisional Pulse Award. A letter of recognition will be sent to the recipient and the nominee and their nomination will then be forwarded for consideration by the global awards judging panel.
Step 6
The global awards panel, chaired by Chris Hyman, Chief Executive, will review all Divisional Pulse Award recipients and decide which will also receive a Global Pulse Award.
Step 7
Divisional Pulse Award recipients will receive their awards at divisional evenst. They will discover whether they will also be recognised with a Global Pulse Award at this ceremony.
Step 8
Global Pulse Award recipients are then invited to attend the prestigious Global Pulse Awards dinner in London on 15 May 2008. This extends to all individual award recipients or two members from a team being recognised with an awards, together with their manager.
Step 9
Global Pulse Award recipients are invited to nominate a charity or worthy cause of their choice who will receive a donation from the Serco Foundation.
Step 10
All pulse award recipients will be publicised and recognised on the Pulse Award website and provide an inspiration to us all throughout the year.
