Anyone can submit a nomination. It doesn’t need to be approved by a line manager. If you feel that someone deserves to be recognised for one of the awards, then it’s up to you to take the time to nominate them.

You can nominate yourself, a colleague, our customers or one of our partners. It’s up to you to decide. All you need to know is on the nomination form.

Once you have sent in your nomination, it will be judged by a panel in your division. If successful, your nomination will receive a prestigious Divisional Pulse Award and then be put forward to the global judging panel who will decide if it should receive a Global Pulse Award.

Global Pulse Award recipients will be invited by Chris Hyman, Chief Executive, to the Global Pulse Awards dinner in London.
