The purpose behind the Pulse Awards is to recognise extraordinary individuals and teams that represent the vibrant heart of Serco. When people go that extra mile and exceed expectations, we must take every opportunity to celebrate their achievements.

It is important that those receiving an award are not only made to feel special and that their activity or deed has been properly recognised, but also that this recognition inspires and motivates others.

There are two levels of recognition - divisional and global.

All successful nominations will receive a prestigious divisional award and will be considered for a global award.

Award recipients will receive a Divisional Award at Divisional Events when it will be announced who will also receive a Global Pulse Award.

Global award recipients will be invited to a Global Pulse Awards dinner in London and £500 donation to a charity or community project of their choice.
