Safety Case Engineers
Location: Quedgeley, Gloucester
Business Area: Power Generation Business, Civil Nuclear Business Group
Salary: £25k to £55k dependent upon skills and experience
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join our experienced team of safety case professionals, supporting high profile customers across the nuclear sector. You will help our customers to develop robust safety justifications for their plant, pulling together information from various sources, and working with professional, experienced personnel from across the industry.

Responsibilities
- Provision of safety case consultancy
- Development of safety case strategies and plans
- Preparation of safety cases and supporting references
- Preparation and review of technical supporting work
- Liaison with customers and regulators
- Participation in safety case workshops/seminars
- Participation in safety case training and development
- Delivery to time, cost and quality, ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements - Education and Experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent in an appropriate scientific or engineering discipline
- Experience of authoring technical reports and/or safety justifications in the nuclear generation sector (not essential for trainees)
- Full, clean UK Drivers Licence
- Security clearances will be required

Remuneration
A competitive salary (£25k - £55k) and remuneration package will be agreed depending on qualifications and experience.
