Due to our continued success we have an opening for a Usability Consultant in our London office who will be involved in a range of projects. The successful applicant will have:

• Experience in the range of user experience research activities (including ethnographic research, user needs gathering, concept development and usability testing)
• Strong facilitation skills (both in facilitating brainstorming sessions and running user sessions)
• A keen interest in new innovations and technologies
• Proven understanding and experience of business environments
• Good communication skills (both written and oral)
• At least a Masters level education in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)
• Creativity and the vision to work with design teams
• Effective teamwork skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• An outgoing and confident personality
• Excellent computer and document creation skills
