ExperienceLab has over four decades experience of providing experience design research to world-class clients.
We originated from NPL back in the seventies and became Serco Usability Services in 1998. In 2009 we changed our name to ExperienceLab to reflect the broad scope of our experience design research services and focus on product, service, process and environment design.
The ExperienceLab team come from diverse backgrounds and are naturally curious about new and future experiences and technologies. This vibrant culture enables us to stay at the cutting edge of best practice, and address the most complex of research problems.
We are also one of the most experienced agencies in global research and are co-founder of the UXalliance, the global network for user experience research.
