Serco consultant Lucy Stockbridge will lead a workshop entitled "Mobile TV - What do users want?" at next months Informa conference 'Deploying and Managing DVB-H'. The workshop focuses on understanding key challenges in designing usable mobile TV services, and draws both on the findings of Serco's independent research and practical experience of designing user research for new technologies - particularly TV and mobile phone interfaces.
