Lucy Stockbridge will accompany Owen Daly-Jones at the Euro ITV 2006 conference this week to discuss the findings of recent independent studies into initial user reactions to mobile TV services. The talk entitled Mobile TV: Experience of the UK Vodafone and Sky service will involve discussion of a range of usability issues and make recommendations that might help improve the user experience of mobile TV services.

Owen is also running a workshop for those interested in usability evaluation of digital iTV applications.

The conference, which is being held in Athens, brings together researchers and practitioners from diverse disciplines that include human-computer interaction, media studies, computer science, telecommunications, audiovisual design and management.
