Learn to design intuitive interfaces by incorporating users into the design process.

Experience the success of collaborative design techniques, and how to manage the expectations of a variety of stakeholders, including developers, users and managers.

In this two-day course you will:

  • Ensure that the user and the application work together in the most efficient and productive way
  • Practise design process methods that lead to shorter development times and higher user acceptance
  • Incorporate critical input from users in the final design of a software package
