There are many ways in which we can add value to your projects in the long term.

Training sessions. We have a range of usability courses that focus on designing and evaluating interactive products for usability. These courses can be delivered in your organization privately and are also given regularly at public events. Private courses can be tailored to suit the specific needs of your organization.

The Hiser Toolkit™ Serco Usability Services is the sole UK licensor of the Hiser Group’s popular usability toolkit. It provides practical guidance and supporting tools for the complete set of user-centred design techniques. It is available in both paper and electronic versions. More information on the toolkit.

Free informal consultation. After the formal end of a project with our client, we like to provide informal expert feedback on redesigns that have emerged following usability work. We also regulary give informal lunchtime talks to clients on a variety of topics, including – 'What is usability?', 'Key usability issues in the iTV market' and 'Key accessibility concerns'.

Process improvement. We help you develop a broad usability strategy, be it helping to position your usability specialists in your organization, developing a business case for usability, advising you on how to build a Viewing Facility or helping you to recruit a usability team.
