Our Code is here to help you do what's right

It will give you guidance about what to do and not do in most situations you find yourself in.

But no Code of Conduct can address every possible situation. So Our Code is more than just a set of rules. It's a way of actively thinking about what you and those around you are doing, and asking "Is this what we stand for?"

If you think you should report something...

  • Talk to your manager, Human Resources or Ethics Lead.
  • Use our Speak Up process. It's clear, and it protects you.

Always Speak Up as soon as possible!

Grievances

You might want to raise a grievance about things like:

  • Something you are being asked to do as part of your job.
  • The terms and conditions of your employment contract, for example, your pay.
  • The way you're being treated at work, for example, if you're not given a promotion when you think you should be.

If you have a grievance, use your local grievance procedure to tell us, and we will ensure it is addressed. If you are not sure, speak to your manager or Human Resources.
