The use of Quality Management Systems as vehicles for the continued monitoring of the operations of an organisation is of paramount importance in ensuring the delivery of high quality services. Serco has substantial experience of well-proven Quality Management Systems, which have been utilised to maintain rigorously high standards. Since the arrival of ISO 9000 standards and the increasing desire of many of our clients to implement formal quality procedures, we have been able to gain valuable experience of Quality Management Systems in operation. Serco holds ISO 9000 certifications at a large number of sites covering a diverse range of support activities.
