Garry Brown Managing Director Asia
Garry joined Serco in 2007 and is a recognised leader in all aspects of business development and commercial management. Appointed as Managing Director of Asia in 2019, Garry spearheads Serco’s corporate development activities in the region, building long-term partnerships with governments and private enterprise through the successful delivery, transformation and continuous improvement of essential public services in healthcare, citizen services, transport and facilities management.
During his time with Serco, Garry has overseen the identification, tendering and successful negotiation of complex service contracts worth billions of dollars; including the 23-year contract for the operation of Clarence Correctional Centre, which at the time represented the largest contract ever signed by Serco globally; and the early shaping efforts for Serco’s Fiona Stanley Hospital contract in Western Australia.
Garry is a Mechanical Engineer by background, with a mid-career degree in Business from the University of Newcastle. Prior to joining Serco, Garry has held a diverse range of positions, including considerable experience across the hospital management, facilities management, construction and heavy engineering fields.
Patrick Chan Hong Kong Country Director
Patrick has more than 35 years’ experience in contract and technical service management and holds a Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of Panamericana. Patrick joins Serco after more than 10 years as General Manager of Carrier Hong Kong. In 1998, Patrick founded Silvertech E & M Engineering Company Ltd. which was acquired by ISS Facilities Services in 2008. Patrick has overseen major engineering and maintenance contracts for customers including JP Morgan, Bank of China, PCCW and Hong Kong International Airport.
Addis Wong Hong Kong Business Development Director
Addis has 23 years’ executive experience in facilities management and technical services across the healthcare, transport, logistics and aviation sectors. He has previously held Director positions with global facility services providers ISS and Dussmann Service.
