Peter has extensive experience in the public and private sectors delivering citizen services, customer relations, and transformational management with a commercial focus. Peter has held director-level positions with VicRoads and Service SA, the public facing Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) for the South Australian Government. Peter holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Australia. He joined the Serco leadership team in 2015.
Mark is a Chartered Accountant with more than 25 years’ financial and commercial experience in outsourcing solutions across maintenance, construction, business processes, telecommunications, labour hire and contact centres.
Mark is an integral member of the Serco Citizen Services leadership team and is the Chief Financial Officer responsible for directing the Serco Citizen Services financial processes in alignment with company growth, revenue targets and service offerings. As Commercial & Finance Director, Mark manages the commercial governance framework that supports Serco Citizen Services’ financial objectives and enables Serco to operate competitively in the business process outsourcing industry.
Mark’s commercial expertise makes him well placed to provide strategic guidance on tender preparations, contract reviews, contract negotiations and strategy development.
Raj Singh is a seasoned business leader with extensive industry experience in Australia, India and the Middle East. Raj has been part of Serco for more than eight years and held various leadership and management roles, including Director of Information Technology. Raj has broad experience across a number of industry verticals including BPO, traffic enforcement, transport, telecommunications, construction and management consulting.
As Business Solutions Director for Serco, Raj is responsible for designing lean, innovative solutions which are operationally and commercially sound and aligned to the needs of our customers. He leads business growth opportunities, provides strategic program advice leveraging his deep expertise in defining, developing and implementing efficient customer-centric services.
Raj has also played a key role with due diligence, merger and acquisition; and transition for a number of new businesses. He is a graduate of Williamson's Community Leadership program and is also active on a number of industry forums.
Sue has more than 25 years’ experience designing and implementing brand and marketing strategies for global, national and government businesses across investment banking, private wealth management, superannuation, insurance, healthcare and business service outsourcing.
Sue graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Science, and has post-graduate marketing and communications qualifications from Monash University and RMIT University.
Peter Neale has over 15 years’ public sector experience with a focus on service delivery, strategic reform and transformation to deliver improved outcomes for clients, customers, staff and other stakeholders.
Peter’s background includes large-scale, complex customer service operations management in face to face and phone channels. His hands on experience combines with a background in strategy, finance, analytics and program management to inform his approach to developing and delivering business transformation programs.
Peter has successfully delivered major process re-engineering projects in highly regulated environments and is skilled at transforming legacy processes into modern, seamless customer experiences. He also has a deep understanding of channel management and channel migration to drive growth in online channels and accelerate benefits from digital transformation initiatives.
Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Entrepreneurship & Innovation having used this specialisation to design and deploy innovation strategies and programs in both the private and public sectors.
