Peter Welling Managing Director
Peter has extensive experience in the public and private sectors delivering citizen services, customer relations, and transformational management with a commercial focus. Peter has held director-level positions with VicRoads and Service SA, the public facing Business Process Outsourcer (BPO) for the South Australian Government. Peter holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Australia. He joined the Serco leadership team in 2015.
Peter Neale General Manager, ADF Health Services Contract
Peter Neale has over 15 years’ public sector experience with a focus on service delivery, strategic reform and transformation to deliver improved outcomes for clients, customers, staff and other stakeholders.
Peter’s background includes large-scale, complex customer service operations management in face to face and phone channels. His hands on experience combines with a background in strategy, finance, analytics and program management to inform his approach to developing and delivering business transformation programs.
Peter has successfully delivered major process re-engineering projects in highly regulated environments and is skilled at transforming legacy processes into modern, seamless customer experiences. He also has a deep understanding of channel management and channel migration to drive growth in online channels and accelerate benefits from digital transformation initiatives.
Peter holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration majoring in Entrepreneurship & Innovation having used this specialisation to design and deploy innovation strategies and programs in both the private and public sectors.
Tabitha Mitchell Head of Growth
Tabitha Mitchell has over 20 years’ experience in the public and private sectors with a focus on growth and market entry strategy, first generation service transformation. Since joining Serco, Tabitha has been a key member of several new government partnerships delivering significant client outcomes, from improved citizen experience to improved digital channels through to advocating for regional economic development supporting long term unemployment and persons of disability.
Tabitha is responsible for citizen services long-term growth strategy, shaping policy thinking for better outcomes for citizens and partner identification and the provision of leadership and management to support new customer engagement.
Prior to joining Serco, Tabitha led a number of road safety reforms in Australia and globally in areas such as United Kingdom, Belgium, Ireland, Canada, Mexico, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and New Zealand.
Rajdeep Singh Business Solutions Director
Raj Singh is a seasoned business leader with extensive industry experience in Australia, India and the Middle East. Raj has been part of Serco for more than eight years and held various leadership and management roles, including Director of Information Technology. Raj has broad experience across a number of industry verticals including BPO, traffic enforcement, transport, telecommunications, construction and management consulting.
As Business Solutions Director for Serco, Raj is responsible for designing lean, innovative solutions which are operationally and commercially sound and aligned to the needs of our customers. He leads business growth opportunities, provides strategic program advice leveraging his deep expertise in defining, developing and implementing efficient customer-centric services.
Raj has also played a key role with due diligence, merger and acquisition; and transition for a number of new businesses. He is a graduate of Williamson's Community Leadership program and is also active on a number of industry forums.
Rowena Powell Operations Director – Federal Government
Rowena Powell joined Serco in 2011 and has played a significant role in the growth of Serco’s Citizen Services business - transitioning new business and services whilst leading large-scale workforces and contracts located across Australia. As Operations Director, Rowena is responsible for the Federal Government portfolio within Citizen Services.
Rowena is an accomplished leader with over 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles in service delivery and operations across both public and private sectors. She is an articulate and dedicated professional with an extensive career and expertise in commercial and operational management, strategic planning, client relations, contract management and business improvement. Rowena is recognised for solving significant challenges in highly complex and competitive markets and driving performance through strong business relationships.
