Serco’s logistics management and delivery capabilities provide integrated solutions for effective base operations, as well as planned and emergency deployments. Serco’s integrated systems include equipment warehousing, inventory, supply chain and obsolescence management.

Serco has extensive logistics experience, including sea lift, air lift and road transport, supporting the Australian Defence Force deployed on operations around Australia, in the Middle East region, South East Asia and South Pacific.

Serco provides specialist medical and dental logistics support solutions. We manage inventory, warehousing and distribution for more than 6000 items of specialist medical and dental items and the maintenance services required to support the medical and dental equipment used by the ADF across Australia.

We also deliver a fully integrated base support service to the ADF for bases located in the Middle East Region. This includes life support, maintenance and infrastructure management and logistics management.
