Digital

Our Digital team covers all things tech, designing and building technology solutions across the entire technology stack, from cloud applications to networks and infrastructure; delivering solutions through strategic partnerships and using a combination of data insights, modelling, technologies and automation to transform and reimagine processes and enhance capabilities and the user experience; conceptualising solutions; and taking care of big picture requirements around quality assurance, governance, security, scalability and maintainability. 

Join our Digital team in Sydney and across the two-year Graduate program you’ll benefit from diverse exposure and experience including collaboration to identify problems and co-design solutions, researching trends, analysing and interpreting business and technology needs and translating them into solutions.

Justice

Situated near Grafton in northern NSW, the Clarence Correctional Centre is a state-of-the-art facility and largest correctional centre in Australia. Serco’s 20-year contract to operate and maintain the Centre will inject an estimated $500 million into the Clarence Valley economy and create over 600 new jobs across areas including operations, facilities and resource management, industries, education, security and intelligence, healthcare, people & capability, contractual and legislative governance, rehabilitation and reintegration, and various leadership roles. Importantly, it also affords long-term career opportunity.

Join our Clarence team and across the two-year Graduate program you’ll benefit from diverse on-site exposure and experience including operational performance, people and capability (HR) and custodial operations.

Serco’s Australian-based HR team of 170 people supports a diverse, complex multi-sector organisation of over 11,200 people covered by 24 Industrial Awards, operating in Australia, New Zealand and Asia. We lead business and enterprise-wide initiatives to optimise the employee experience in consideration of our growth and the future of how work gets done. We blend business strategy with people strategy by embedding ourselves in our business’ teams to achieve strong trusted relationships and address complex issues including workforce management, strategic change, talent acquisition and engagement, employment relations and colleague wellbeing.
