Asset & Facilities Management | Macquarie Park, New South Wales
No two days are the same in the delivery of asset and facilities management located in Macquarie Park. Across our 18-month graduate program you will be encouraged to use your initiative, take on important responsibilities and gain practical experience with exposure across a number of departments and functions as you develop your skills and capabilities and the foundations of becoming an exceptional leader. Your three placements will vary your focus across contract delivery & development, facilities management risk & compliance, asset maintenance life cycle with a focus on maintaining a high safety culture across the facilities space.

Digital (Technology Solutions) | Sydney
Working within our Information Technology team located in Sydney, your three placements will vary your focus across ITS Security and Risk, Digital – ITS Operations and growth / solutioning.
You will develop relationships widely across Serco's business and operations, while gaining terrific experience and development across a breadth of people services in an organisation where our people are working within extremely diverse roles and work contexts.

Business Operations | Adelaide
Working within our Corporate Operations (shared service centre) team based in Adelaide, your three placements will vary your focus across Governance and Transformation, Support Centre/ Workforce Management, Compliance and Onboarding.

Public & Industry Affairs / Communications | Sydney
This opportunity is an amazing springboard for your communications career. Working within our Corporate Affairs team based in Sydney, your three placements will vary your focus across Growth & Solutioning, Corporate Affairs and Internal Communications.
You will develop relationships widely across Serco's business and operations while gaining terrific experience and development across a breadth of people services in an organisation where our people work within extremely diverse roles and contexts.

Health, Safety & Wellbeing | Melbourne
Working within our dedicated Health, Safety and Wellbeing team your placements will vary your focus across Workplace Health and Safety, Safety Management Systems, and exposure to an Aspac wide scope.
You will develop relationships widely across Serco's business and site operations, while gaining terrific experience and development across a breadth of people services.
