Our recruitment and selection process has never been easier:

- If successful, attend an immersive Assessment Centre online
- Once you complete the process, offers will then be made to successful applicants
Places on the Serco Graduate Program are limited, and applications are open for a very short period of time, so don’t hesitate if you think this opportunity might be right for you.

After beginning your application, complete your online assessment – a series of exercises that look at different elements of your logical reasoning and situational judgement, designed to help you demonstrate your suitability for the program.
Should you be successful at this point, you’ll complete a video interview (click here for video interview tips from Indeed), recording your responses to questions straight onto our application platform. You’ll be able to record and complete your interview at a time convenient for you within 2 days of commencing your application.
