What are the application requirements? (closing date, required certificates / qualifications, etc.)

You can find everything you need to know about the job requirements, including the closing date for applications, and any required qualifications on the job advertisement.

Where do I go to view and apply for available roles at Serco?

To search for available jobs at Serco, visit our careers page. You can search jobs by keyword, location, position type, or enter the Requisition ID to find a specific role.

I am having problems with my search. What should I do?

If you are experiencing issues with the job search function, you can refresh your browser, or clear the search field. This will reset your search.

If there are no vacancies listed that match your job search, you can widen your search criteria, or register for job alerts to be notified when roles are advertised in your area of interest.

If you search using a Requisition ID and no results are returned, the job may no longer be advertised.


How do I create a candidate profile and set up job alerts?

Take the hassle out of finding new roles by signing up to receive job alerts. To get started, go to our careers page, create an account and log in to your candidate profile. You can then set up job alerts to be notified when roles are advertised in your area of interest.

I don’t see a position that I am interested in, what should I do?

If you have searched for a role and there are no vacancies matching your criteria you can create a candidate profile to join our talent community and register for job alerts to be notified when roles are advertised in your area of interest.

Can I submit my resume / CV via email or post instead of applying online?

No. In order to manage all of our applications fairly and consistently, we cannot accept resumes or CVs submitted via email, postal mail, in person or through any medium other than our online application tool. To view and apply for open positions, please visit the job search page on our website.

What does employment screening involve?

Our screening process is merit-based and designed to ensure all applications are assessed fairly and without bias.

As part of the recruitment process, we undertake a range of initial screening, compliance and pre-employment checks according to the role requirements. This may include criminal record checks, eligibility to work, qualification and reference checks, and pre-employment medicals.
