Serco continues 29-year partnership with Transperth

Serco is thrilled to announce the renewal of our contract with Transperth, a partnership that has been successfully delivering passenger information services across Western Australia for over two decades. 

The new contract starts on 1 February 2025 for an initial five-year term, with an option to extend it for up to a further five-years. 

Under the renewed contract, Serco will continue to provide a range of services on behalf of Transperth, including InfoLine and InfoCentre passenger information services. 

Serco Asia Pacific CEO, Andrew Head said our long-standing partnership with Transperth reflects our team’s commitment to deliver high-quality customer service to the Western Australian community.
