Message from Serco CEO Mark Irwin 20 March 2020:

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to provide you all with this business critical update regarding Coronavirus COVID-19 and what we, as a business, in AsPac are doing.  

The world is experiencing a global human biosecurity emergency in relation to the Coronavirus. These are challenging times for the countries we conduct business in, for the customers we serve and for the people in our care.

We at Serco, provide vital public services to the community and government, and as a business we need to continue to deliver on our service commitments to our customers during these challenging times. At times like these, our customers and fellow citizens rely on us even more and we will do all that is possible to continue our service delivery, while keeping our people safe.

As a management team, we are engaging daily to ensure we have proactive business continuity plans in place, thus ensuring that we can continue to operate as normally as possible in this ever-evolving international emergency. We also want to reassure you again that we are taking steps to ensure the health and safety of all of our team members, and adjusting those plans as circumstances require. 

We have also developed a COVID-19 information and resource page on the AsPac Hub. This will be updated reguarly.

Please, I urge you to take care of yourself, your family and your loved ones, along with your fellow team members and stay safe always.
