We deliver public services that place us at the heart of the communities we serve, employing local people, using local businesses and supporting fundraising and volunteering efforts.  This means us having great people who are engaged, reflect the communities they serve, are healthy and have opportunities to develop in their chosen field; that we respect and protect the dignity and human rights of our colleagues and everyone we deal with; that our operations are safe; and that we deliver services that reflect our customers’ business needs, have a positive impact on the public we serve and support, strengthen, and contribute to the social and economic wellbeing of those communities in which we work.
