Contact Centres

Serco is a proud provider of Contact Centres for the European Commission and other European institutions. From citizen services, to Emergency Response and Facility Management Service Desks, we are able to provide the institutions with custom made services that make a difference for European citizens.

Providing a wide range of Contact Centres across Europe

Europe Direct Contact Centre

We are proud to provide and manage the European Union Contact Centre, thanks to a brilliant team of multilingual young Europeans, responding to all citizens and businesses’ questions about the EU in any of their 24 official languages. This work is done both verbally and in writing covering several channels of communication.​

Emergency Response Coordination Centre

Serco supports the 24/7 Emergency Response Coordination Centre. The Emergency Response Coordination Centre gathers European Commission officials, National Experts and external service providers provided by Serco.

The European Patent Office (EPO)

Serco provides Infrastructure Service Desk services including telephone switchboard and Facilities Management Service Desk to the EPO in Munich. This is a tri-lingual service desk providing support and services in English, French and German, the official languages of the EPO

European Central Bank (ECB)

We operate the ECB’s Facility Management (FM) Service Desk and Switchboard, which provides officials and staff with a wide range of services including technical, infrastructural and security FM services. The Switchboard is also responsible for the reception and transmission of all external calls.
