Serco was founded in 1929 in the UK and is a FTSE top 250 company. We gain scale, expertise and diversification by operating internationally across the UK & Europe, North America, Hong Kong, Pacific and the Middle East. We employ more than 50,000 people worldwide.and have a proven track record in delivering the most demanding, complex and sensitive solutions for government clients.

Over our 25-year history in Hong Kong, we have managed significant road, tunnel and transport projects, including the operation and maintenance of the Cross-Harbour and Aberdeen Tunnels; the design, supply and install of the HK$82.6 million intelligent transportation system for the Shenzhen Western Corridor and the management, operation and maintenance of all of Hong Kong’s 18,000 parking metres.

Our experience in healthcare facilities management draws on our global expertise of providing integrated services to more than 20 hospitals around the world.

Serco is one of the most successful hospital support service providers to the Hong Kong Hospital Authority. Since 1996, we have been providing facilities management services to local public hospitals, including our current contract at the 1600-bed tertiary Prince of Wales Hospital.

Serco Group plc is listed on the London Stock Exchange and in accordance with its Rules, publishes Annual Reports and Accounts and Stock Exchange Announcements.

Serco operates in Hong Kong as Serco Group (HK) Limited, and in China as Serco Group Consultants (Shanghai) Ltd. Our annual financial reports are lodged with the HK Inland Revenue Department and in China to the Joint Annual Inspection Related Bureaus.
