Fiona Stanley Hospital, Western Australia

In what is the largest outsourced health contract in Australia, we provide services to Fiona Stanley Hospital, one of nation’s most advanced public healthcare facilities. We deliver 25 separate services at the 783-bed tertiary hospital, performing to 480 key performance indicators. Our services include:

  • Managing more than 1.5 million calls each year through our hospital helpdesk
  • Producing more than 850,000 freshly cooked meals on site for patients each year
  • Undertaking more than 1,000 patient and equipment movements each day
  • Delivering more than 40,000 room or area cleaning services each month.

Serco delivers Facility Services to 49 stations, three depots, 79 train sets and staff accommodation buildings for the Dubai Metro. Our services include cleaning, catering, waste management and pest control, as part of our operations and maintenance contract for the railway. Since its 2009 launch, Serco has operated the Metro to exceptional performance standards, achieving service availability of 99.93%.
