Facility snapshots
Lung Shan & Cheung Shan Tunnels, Hong Kong
In 2018, Serco was awarded the contract to manage, operate and maintain the new Lung Shan and Cheung Shan Tunnels in Hong Kong. The Lung Shan Tunnel is the longest road tunnel in Hong Kong. Under the contract, Serco delivers mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire, HVAC and open space maintenance services to the tunnels, control centre buildings and surrounding landscape, as part of our comprehensive operation and maintenance responsibilities.
Al Minhad Air Base, United Arab Emirates
Serco provides technical services for the Australian Defence Force establishment at the Al Minhad Air Base in Dubai. Services include managing specialised equipment for power generation, potable water and sewage treatment, as well as providing fuel distribution, building management and other services. The scope includes capital works, planned and reactive maintenance, lifecycle replacements and cyclical works, with over 8,000 mechanical and electrical assets under management.
