• Serco employs 7400 healthcare staff around the world
• Each year, Serco staff clean 1.5 million square metres of hospital spaces, serve 10.9 million meals, undertake 2.2 million patient movements and respond to 5.1 million switchboard calls
• Serco is one of the most successful hospital support service providers to the Hong Kong Hospital Authority. Since 1996, we have been providing facilities management services to local public hospitals
• Serco has provided transportation and cleaning services to the 1600-bed tertiary Prince of Wales Hospital in Hong Kong since 2012
• In what is the largest outsourced health contract in Australia, we provide 25 integrated facilities management services to the 783-bed Fiona Stanley Hospital
