“I'm a nurse and would like to say a big thank you on behalf of myself and a patient for how professional your patient transport officer was and how she went above and beyond her call of duty. She explained the route and ensured that the patient and myself were secure in the transport, talking all the way to relieve any anxiety that the patient had. She took time to clean my patient’s glasses and on the way back took time to explain the local areas we passed through. She gave my patient hope and strength to believe that she can continue in life. She had such compassion and empathy.”
