Create your profile and complete your application online.
This will include a series of simple online exercises designed to help you demonstrate your suitability for the programme from the comfort of … well … anywhere, really!
And finally, when you’re ready, complete and submit your video interview.
November 2022
If your online and video assessments are successful, we’ll invite you to join us at one of our assessment events.
Our assessment events are a relaxed and engaging way for you to get to know us better … and vice versa, of course! We’ll ask you to participate in a series of group and individual activities – including an interview – that will help us decide if you have the potential to be a future leader in Serco, and help you decide if the Serco Graduate Programme is the right next step for your career.
November / December 2022
Once you complete the process, offers will then be made to successful applicants.
