Our aim at Serco Middle East is to create a culture that is diverse and inclusive. By enabling and driving success for women in the workplace, we are able to bring together various leadership styles which results in better decision-making and more successful achievements of business objectives. A shift must take place if women are ultimately able to occupy more positions around the board room table. Our women in leadership initiative began as an effort to help make that shift.
