We supported the client with establishing three workstreams consisting of asset management and operational transformation experts to implement advanced ways of working, whilst leveraging international best practices to enhance the way the city is operated.

Our client appointed us in 2020 to deliver a strategic piece of work to transform their asset management & operations in one of the largest industrial cities in the world, which includes data collection, policy and process re-design, technology implementation and delivering a smart city digital strategy.
Serco’s ability to both consult and deliver limits the risk to our client, with heightened accountability from ourselves as a single operator. The client benefited in terms of communication, output and efficiencies. Moreover, the integrity of data (and the value creation) was strengthened by reducing the number of parties across the supply chain.
