Our role was to recommend, devise, and implement the strategy for optimising the operation of city infrastructure and the built environment, as well as managing the integration and transition of services.
We offered services across four core service streams:
Asset & Facility Management
This encompassed both hard and soft services on a city scale, such as solid waste management, landfill operations, utilities, landscaping and irrigation, roadways, traffic management, public realms, and airports.
The transition of assets to our client involved facilitating the integrated handover of assets from construction to operation.
City Management
Crafted a strategic and sustainable business operating model to optimally oversee urban affairs.
Supervision
Offered project management and programme control support and expertise, guiding the implementation of tailored products and services while piloting comprehensive end-to-end transitions.
Masterplan Implementation
Collaborated with county operations to formulate a strategy for stakeholder management.
