Through this partnership, we enhanced the IBM EAMS algorithms to facilitate lifecycle scenario modelling [AIP]. This refined solution stands as a versatile asset applicable across our entire contracts portfolio. Its industry-agnostic nature offers a service model that can be seamlessly leveraged by our clients. .

We've devised a comprehensive solution that's future-proofed, allowing functionalities to be activated as the organisation attains the required level of maturity. This method eradicates the need for third-party integration, costly updates, and extensive customisation, drawing from insights gained in the financial services industry.

We're utilising MAHI, Tririga, and Maximo 8.6, marking a significant leap forward for Serco.

Additionally, we've transformed reporting by introducing real-time dashboards configured to retrieve various types of data, including key performance indicators, carbon footprint metrics,
asset portfolio health, and the cost of capital programmes.
