A Historic Heritage Site - Management Consultancy Services

Serco delivered management consultancy services to the Stakeholder Management Department for a historic heritage site in KSA. 

	Crafted various reports including a current state assessment report, future design reports, and a business requirements systems report.
	Developed numerous strategic recommendations including 4 objectives and 13 initiatives
	Enabled the client to create and enhance their change management programme, training and development plan, and departmental policies and procedures

Our client has been given the mandate of harnessing the heritage of this site to develop the region into a major tourist destination. 

During this 16-week engagement, we conducted current state assessments through different phases, identified gaps through benchmarking exercises and developed the department strategy in alignment with the overall client vision.

These initiatives were agreed with the Stakeholder Management Department and several other management entities to enable the changes required.
