Dubai Airports Facilities Management

Serco was appointed in 2016 to provide facilities management (FM) services to Dubai Airports with the contract covering both Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC). Serco’s role is to drive asset reliability and introduce strategic asset management across all airport assets.

Services Serco provide

The services Serco provides are across passenger terminal buildings and cargo and other ancillary buildings, including:

  • Helpdesk
  • Mechanical Systems Maintenance
  • Electrical Systems Maintenance
  • Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
  • Plumbing Systems Maintenance
  • Fire Fighting and Detection Systems

'One stop shop' maintenance

Serco also launched the ‘One Stop Shop’ maintenance services to Dubai Airports end-users. This is a 24/7 on call support for maintenance works outside the scope of Dubai Airports to its tenants. Positive responses received from stakeholders for quick solutions provided by Serco without the difficulty of taking resources and materials airside.
