Serco Enters Leading Global BPO Index for Banking, Financial Services and Insurance Outsourcing

Serco, the international service company, today announced that its global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business has been positioned as a 'Major Contender' in a leading industry index, Everest Group's latest PEAK Matrix Global Report published in the October 2012, "A PEAK into the Leaders, Major Contenders, and Emerging Players of the Banking BPO Market" report on Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI). The positioning follows Serco's market success in the sector, as well as operational scale and scope of delivery capability from the company's nearly 100 centers around the world. The 2012 PEAK Matrix for Banking Business Process Outsourcing is based on the analysis of 300 plus BFSI BPO contracts.
