Serco Heart

Do good, raise money and volunteer time, share experiences and achievements, and have fun! These are the main objectives of Serco Heart.

At Serco, our dedication to service does not stop when we walk out of our offices. Our Serco Heart program provides our people opportunities to connect with their colleagues by supporting their local communities and our corporate causes.

Serco Heart is one important way that our people make new connections and engagement. Serco colleagues join together and use their skills, talents, passions, and free time to make a difference in their communities. Serco and its people play an active role in addressing pressing issues facing the world today while having fun along the way.

Corporate Causes have included:

  • Fisher House
  • Armed Services YMCA
  • Hope for Warriors
  • American Heart Association
  • Military Child Education Coalition
  • Northern Virginia Family Services
  • Wounded Warrior Project

Doing good

Doing good is integral to Serco Heart. At Serco, we support our corporate causes by providing funding and resources to charitable organizations. We also support our employees who are participating in events that benefit our chosen charities

Raising Money & Volunteering Time

Serco encourages our people to get involved in local community and charity efforts by donating time and money to causes that are important to them. From charity golf tournaments and cycling events to food and clothing drives, Serco employees are always thinking of new ways to make a difference in their communities and we take pride in their excellent work.

Having Fun

Serco supports employee engagement by encouraging social activities that connect employees with each other and with their local communities. Each year, Serco’s work sites across the United States and Canada host activities of all kinds from camping trips to ice cream socials to community clean up events.
