Provided through Cigna, all plans include coverage for prescription drugs, as well as 100% of preventive care for most U.S. based employees.

Dental and vision plan options

Administered by United Concordia and Vision Service Plan (VSP), both of which allow you to choose either in-network or out-of-network providers for U.S. based employees.

Health savings accounts or health reimbursement accounts

Includes annual company contributions up to a specific amount.

Flexible spending accounts

Set aside funds on a pre-tax basis to use during the year for eligible out-of-pocket medical or dependent care expenses.

401(k) company matching

Serco offers 401(k) matching to eligible employees.

Supplemental life insurance options

Basic life insurance paid for by Serco at no cost to you with the option to purchase additional Supplemental Life insurance for you and your family at a group rate.

Options for pet product and service discounts as well as coverage for accidents, injuries and illnesses.

Hospital indemnity coverage

Additional medical benefits which can be used to cover hospital admission and hospital stay payouts, hospital Intensive Care Unit stay payout, and hospital observation stay payout.

Critical illness insurance

Insurance when a covered person or eligible dependent is diagnosed with a covered condition, such as heart attack, stroke or cancer.

Accident coverage

Provides payments in addition to any other insurance payments in the event of an accident for yourself and eligible dependents.

Assistance with wills and trusts, estate planning, finance and tax issues, immigration, bankruptcy and more.

Purchased paid time off

In addition to sick and vacation time, the option to purchase additional paid time off during open enrollment.
