COVID-19: Protecting our People & Communities

COVID-19 has affected businesses, communities, and the health of our friends, families, and colleagues. As COVID-19 is still spreading and the world is slowly reopening, Serco continues to ensure the safety of our employees, customers, and citizens in order to continue our mission of providing outstanding support to our customers.

Therefore, out of an abundance of caution, Serco is generally not holding face-to-face interviews, events, and new hire orientation during the pandemic. We are currently using virtual means to conduct the hiring process such as video interviewing via MS Teams and telephone discussions, among other technologies, to ensure the safety of our employees and potential employees.
