Since 2003, Serco has served as the face of front-line services for driver examination, operating and maintaining a network of 56 Full-Time and 36 Part-Time DriveTest centres across the province. We’re seeking highly motivated and skilled individuals to fill several positions for our DES contract, with locations across Ontario.
What We Do

Annually, the existing driver examination services network processes approximately 900,000 knowledge tests, 900,000 road tests and exchanges over 70,000 licences from other jurisdictions. We work across Ontario to ensure consistent delivery of our services and satisfaction of our customers. We combine automation (queueing systems, road testing tablets, online road test booking channels) to ensure a quality product and accessible customer service.
