Providing a pathway to success with SkillBridge

We proudly partner with the DOD SkillBridge program to provide opportunities for transitioning United States service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through industry training, apprenticeships or internships during the last 180 days of service. Service members participating in SkillBridge receive their military compensation and benefits, while Serco provides the training and work experience.

Working on the NOMARS program at Serco has been the most challenging work I've ever done, but it's also been the most rewarding. Serco provides opportunity for career growth and a real chance for my achievements to be recognized. Coordinating among our various vendors, partners, and other team members every day can be chaotic, and as someone who thrives on putting order to that chaos, it's deeply gratifying.

Tessa Elliot,
Program Manager, Arlington, VA (NOMARS)
