Property Management Services in the NCR
Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) through its Real Property Services (RPS) Branch provides federal departments and organizations with affordable, productive work environments and a full range of real property services, including workplace solutions, property and facilities management, portfolio and asset management, project management and delivery, technical services, and real estate services. If awarded this work, Serco will manage 28 buildings in the National Capital Region from 2025-2028, increasing to 359 buildings in 2028.
