Serco Consultancy
Serco’s Consultancy model supports our customers with over 175 highly qualified Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) working from Serco facilities around the country. Serco’s Consultancy SMEs are neither recruited nor hired against a specific contract, they are hired for specific expertise in areas of specialty at Serco.
Apply HereSerco’s Consultancy SMEs are readily available to provide either on-demand surge and reach-back support for emergent tasks and dedicated studies, or a steady level of effort on one or more tasks over a longer duration. Serco Consultancy success comes from a strong, collaborative partnership built on frequent communication between our personnel and our customers; we do not take our tasks only to return at the end of an effort. Through this collaborative lens, our Consultancy members execute specific tasks and deliver quality products. They provide tangible solutions to customer needs ranging from routine surges in effort to chronic, mission-critical issues.
Our SMEs support multiple high-end projects simultaneously, reaching across the spectrum of expertise in real time, rather than relying on the limited expertise available on the typical team. We:
- Provide strategic, enterprise-level experience that is responsive to time sensitive requirements, saving hours/days of research effort and learning curve implications
- Work only when support is needed
- Specialize in studies, analysis, and SME professional services
- Provide surge support - “episodic augmentation”
- Backfill temporary gaps in the workforce with little/no spin-up time
