STEP Rotational Program
The STEP Rotational Program provides early career talent the opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping and delivering better public services while gaining diverse experience, exposure, and developmental opportunities. These roles are curated specifically for each Rotational Fellow to align to their long-term career goals at Serco. The program’s mission is to ensure Rotational Fellows are challenged, inspired, and proud of the work they do and the impact they make each day.
