Our learning solutions combine the latest technology with a human touch. With our dedicated team of over 300 employees who are experts in instructional design, development, implementation and training delivery services. Our 150 learning professionals are experts in designing, developing, and delivering training curricula for all content areas using multiple delivery modes – from in-person and virtual instructor-led (ILT), web-based training, video-based, interactive multimedia interaction to mobile learning and mixed reality learning delivery options.

We have helped millions of students build expertise and transfer learning to their work environment. Strategies such as scenario-based learning, games, simulations, knowledge checks, and virtual reality provide reinforcement, experimentation and practice within a low-risk environment. Just-in-time knowledge and performance support tools, such as checklists, job aids, reference materials, glossaries, and other resources, allowing for on-demand support. We help organizations deploy robust learning management tools to deliver and track cost-effective training programs' impact on widely diverse and dispersed populations.

  • Facilities Application Implementation – Serco provides comprehensive application implementation support, beginning with gap analysis and requirements identification. We employ agile or waterfall implementation for test script development, user acceptance testing, single sign-on configuration and go-live and post-go-live support.
  • Business Process Advisory – Our approach is grounded in a deep understanding of the client’s existing business processes and improvement goals, beginning with business process analysis and complete process mapping documentation. We provide automation evaluations, efficiency analysis and process redesign to create a roadmap to the desired state.
  • Facilities Data Strategy – Asset management systems are only as effective as the data that feed them. We provide data quality assessments, data mapping and transformation, data sustainment, and data lifecycle analysis to ensure the quality and relevancy of data. We then employ system integration design and system optimization for reporting to leverage this data to advance organizational goals.
  • Environmental Social Governance Reporting – As ESG goals have become increasingly prominent among government and private sector organizations, Serco helps our clients accurately track and report their facilities' environmental impact. We support ESG data source analysis, data quality, goal analysis and ESG reporting.
  • Facilities Information Technology Architecture – We help design exemplary IT architecture to support cloud-based or onsite delivery using Linux or Windows operating systems. We provide security compliance and user authentication support.
  • User Experience Applications – We offer a range of pre-built user experience applications for common use cases such as capital investment strategic planning, project management, facility condition inspection, maintaining a bulk photo visual library and personal protective equipment tracking.
  • User Experience Design – Serco's experts in user experience will design intuitive applications that client teams will readily adopt. We use user interface analysis, click stream analysis and wireframe diagramming to create device-agnostic designs.

  • Since 2013, we have designed and delivered over 5,000 ILT/VILT training sessions and over 58,000 web-based training course completions each year for the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services.
  • Since 1981, Serco has supported the General Accountability Office (GAO) in running its Learning Center to develop and deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions that help GAO deliver its mission of providing timely, fact-based, non-partisan information.
  • We have successfully trained millions of learners, for example, developing critical safety inspection training for 5,000 Federal Aviation Administration inspectors and supporting Explosives Safety, HAZMAT and Munitions certification training for over 161,000 Department of Defense personnel worldwide.
  • We have helped provide full training lifecycle support for all areas of US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), including inspections, enforcement and border patrol, training more than 400,000 Department for Homeland Security students.
  • We provide 71 days a year of performance-based training through the Special Agents working at Homeland Security Investigations (HSI SAT), with each student receiving approximately 568 hours of instruction.
  • We have helped design and develop a 17-week curriculum for training new officers for Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) at ICE. Serco helped ERO develop the Basic Immigration Enforcement Training (BIETP).
